The Navori client portal allows you to order a power module compatible with North America, Europe, and the UK.
How do I adjust the camera positioning?
From the CMS, you can activate a mode that displays the camera’s video feed on
part of the screen. This allows you to verify that the detection of body shapes or
vehicles is working correctly.
Can I use a camera other than the one offered by Navori?
Yes, the camera must be Android-compatible.
Can the camera be connected post-deployment?
Yes, as soon as the camera is connected, it is automatically detected, and data
collection is activated automatically.
Is the StiX 3800 delivered with an HDMI cable?
It is delivered without an HDMI cable. The connection is female.
Can I use an IP camera with the StiX 3800?
IP camera support needs to be planned, as the goal is to measure the audience of
a screen.
How do I set up control and monitoring of my screens?
Connect an Ethernet cable between the StiX 3800 and your screen. The software
will automatically detect the screen. It is recommended that the Navori CMS
mobile app be used to test power on/off during installation. See the list of
compatible brands on the Navori website.
Is screen control via CEC still functional?
Yes, but the StiX 3800’s functionalities will be limited to turning the screens on
and off.
Can the storage capacity of the StiX 3800 be extended?
Yes, the StiX includes a Class 10 Micro SD card slot.
How do I configure the auto-activation of the StiX 3800?
1. From your client access, specify 1. the URL of your CMS.
2. Please select a player license from the CMS and assign it to a StiX 3800.
Does the Navori Player software need to be reactivated after a firmware update?
Reactivating Navori player is unnecessary; the process is optimized to avoid onsite intervention.
How do firmware security updates work?
Navori makes a new firmware version available to the CMS at regular intervals.
The user can specify if and when each unit should be updated. The process is
applied by default at night when the screens are turned off.
