Using Navori’s QL Digital Signage and Aquaji analytics software as a base, team members from both companies worked together on deploying a unified solution that leverages real-time analytics data in order to create a set of new business drivers and revenue streams for Walmart Connect México y Centroamérica.

How it Started

Walmart Connect México y Centroamérica was looking for a new in-store digital media network, with a particular interest in professional Digital Signage, programmatic DOOH advertising, ad campaign management, and proof of playback reporting.

They were seeking an experienced software vendor who could provide solutions to streamline and monetize their network of in-store displays and offer local support in Spanish.

Navori stood out from the crowd by showcasing a unique offering that combined professional digital signage, DOOH advertising, and AI-enhanced analytics capabilities. What started as an in-store digital signage project quickly turned into a revenue-generating, integrated signage and analytics solution.

The solution has already been deployed in all 173 Walmart Supercenters in Mexico and is being rolled out in 200 Sams Club locations in the region as well.

Solutions and Outcomes

To meet their needs, Walmart Connect México y Centroamérica chose to deploy Navori’s QL PRO SAAS and AQUAJI PRO in all 173 Walmart Supercenters in Mexico.

QL provides them with an all-in-one platform to manage their in-store digital media network and see the advanced metrics produced by Aquaji alongside proof of play data right in the Navori CMS.

AQUAJI PRO is being used for its demographic data and traffic analytics capabilities. This data is valuable for both Walmart and the brands they partnered with for advertising, as it enhances campaign strategies based on real-time, store-level customer behavior.

Walmart Connect México y Centroamérica now has a scalable multi-purpose solution that is not only improving their in-store media networks capabilities but also generating new revenue streams for the business.

Additional Project Requirements

Additional digital signage solution criteria that Navori Labs was able to satisfy for Walmart Connect México y Centroamérica with existing QL software features:

Monetizing The Data

  • Walmart Connect México y Centroamérica now offers advertisers the data produced by Aquaji in order to optimize their campaign spend by selecting days and times where their target demographics are known to most often be in-store.

Future Plans

Navori Labs and Walmart Connect México y Centroamérica continue to collaborate on improving the digital signage and analytics solution already deployed in Walmart Supercenters in the region. In the coming months, Walmart Connect México y Centroamérica will also continue to explore and deploy additional QL digital signage features like an advertising campaign module, Advanced content scheduling, DOOH advertising, and more.

This joint technology partnership is just getting started, and both companies are excited to expand on what has already been accomplished. In the coming months, look for new deployments of Walmart Connect México y Centroamérica innovations powered by Navori software at local Walmart Supercenters and 200 Sam’s Club locations as well.
