Business Development Manager LATAM
This position works in a multinational environment and manages and develops business across LATAM. With experience in software sales, the role targets a natural leader with an entrepreneurial mindset.
The company’s objective aims to double its revenue and workforce within the next few years through organic growth while exploring growth opportunities through acquisitions.

Main Responsibilities:
- Drive Navori’s growth in the LATAM region by achieving key performance indicators, including revenue growth and strategic long-term partnerships.
- Exceed revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, while negotiating with executive decision-makers.
- Conduct daily outreach, including cold calls, to identify potential partners, end-users, and customers, assessing their needs to tailor solutions effectively.
- Leverage product expertise to clearly communicate Navori’s value proposition and position its solutions as the preferred choice.
- Monitor customer performance and product adoption, developing strategic plans to drive growth through new Navori products.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales performance data through CRM updates and detailed weekly reports for visibility into key metrics.
- Represent Navori at trade shows and industry events to identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
Profile:
- Technology-savvy, results-driven, and highly competitive professional with a strong track record of success in SaaS sales.
- Over five years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, consistently exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Expertise in customer qualification, high-level negotiations, and deal closure, particularly at the C-suite level.
- A true hunter mindset—ambitious, independent, adaptable, and action-oriented, thriving in dynamic and uncertain environments.
- Strong balance of hands-on execution and strategic thinking, with the ability to assess situations from a high-level perspective.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, persuade, and deliver compelling product and company presentations.
- Willingness to travel regularly to drive business expansion and strengthen client relationships.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
