Account Manager North America
This position works in a multinational environment and drives customer retention and further growth of existing customers (upselling, cross-selling), offering high-value solutions that are meeting their needs.
The company’s objective aims to double its revenue and workforce within next few years through organic growth while exploring growth opportunities through acquisitions.

Location: Navori office in Montreal, 1 day home-office
Travel: Occasional travel required
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention in North America by winning on key metrics: renewals, new revenues, churn
- Win customers with superior product knowledge and compelling product and company presentations to diverse audiences including high-level executives
- Lead customer growth by monitoring their performance and product adoption and formulating plans with growth opportunities.
- Handle inbound and hunted sales opportunities from initial contact to deal closure
Profile:
- Technology-savvy, hands-on and independent competitive go-getter with high ambition and hungriness for results and winning
- Proven sales track record in software industry, of consistent targets overachievement
- Excellent sales skills (customer qualification, product demonstration, deal closure)
- Sales Mindset: Ambition and independence. Ability to listen and adapt. Pragmatism. Thriving in uncertainty. Energy and enthusiasm. Bias for action and sharp thinking. Passion, honesty, and integrity. Teamwork and collective goals over individual ones
- Empathetic, very good interpersonal skills and capability to deliver engaging and credible product and company presentations
- English – native language. French is advantage.
