Account Manager (m/f)

Existing for more than 25 years, an innovative Swiss software company Navori Labs operates globally, providing premium digital signage and AI-driven marketing analytics solutions to customers in over 100 countries.

With 30% year-over-year revenue growth over the past 12 years, Navori Labs continues to invest in research and development to provide cutting-edge technology to customers. Entering a new chapter in our history, we are actively seeking proactive and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team.

Role Impact

As an Account Manager, you will provide overall management and direction for assigned accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions to meet customer needs and expectations.

Main responsibilities

  • Be the lead point of contact for assigned accounts ensuring satisfied customers and impeccable service and products
  • Build trust through developing professional, long-lasting, win-win relationships with clients.
  • Have a client-centric focus: develop a deep understanding of client needs, effectively resolve key issues, and anticipate changes and improvements
  • Ensure efficiency: Negotiate contracts and establish performance timelines.
  • Formulate strategic plans to enhance existing client results, identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, and bring in new clients
  • Product Expertise and Presentation Skills: deliver compelling product demos and training sessions to high-level executives, prospects, and partners.
  • Sales Leadership: Independently handle inbound sales opportunities from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Manage strategic RFPs from start to finish, including answering questions, preparing proposals, and executing live demos.
  • Ensure timely delivery of comprehensive reports on account status and progress


  • Hands-on experience in selling software and a proven track record of meeting sales goals in a fast-paced environment; a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, will be an advantage
  • The ability to establish trustful and professional client relationships and develop a client-focused customized solution
  • Technology-savvy, understanding of networking, display hardware, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent listening, influencing, and presentation skills;
  • Curious self-starter; ability to work independently with a strong drive for results and lead multiple initiatives with clients; winning mindset and can-do attitude;
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
