Sales Specialist

Main mission:

This role will play a vital role in fostering strong customer relationships and contributing to the growth and success of the business. You will manage assigned accounts and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions to meet the needs and expectations of the customers.

Main responsibilities:

  • Be the lead point of contact for assigned accounts ensuring satisfied customers and impeccable service and products.
  • Build trust through developing professional, long-lasting relationships with customers by being customer-centric focus, addressing their needs and offering customized solutions.
  • Formulate plans to enhance customer results and identify growth opportunities to expand our product/service offerings.
  • Monitor account performance, proactively address key challenges, and anticipate improvements to ensure customer retention.
  • Analyze data to track customer engagement, and product adoption and to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Show product expertise by delivering compelling product demos and training sessions to high-level executives, prospects, and partners.
  • Handle inbound sales opportunities from initial contact to closing the sale.


  • Previous experience in sales within the software industry (preferably digital signage) with a proven track record.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term trustful relationships.
  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work independently, with a strong drive for results.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Technology-savvy, hands-on, willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and product presentation skills.
  • Fluency in French and English.
