Role Impact

This leadership role will be responsible for business development growth in India, with autonomy to drive the segment and the possibility for significant and visible impact.

Responsible for business development channel, the role will be in the first row to market expansion through achieving milestones such as customer growth and strategic partnerships set up.

Main responsibilities:

  • Drive and grow business development channels in India by identifying new business opportunities;
  • Lead full sales cycle from the prospecting to deal closure to deliver agreed sales targets; Navigate through complex negotiations at an executive level;
  • Build trustful long-term relationships with key stakeholders – customers, distributors, partners, intermediaries and operators;
  • Be customer-centric by building and maintaining long-lasting, strong relationships with customers to better understand their business objectives and needs; providing customized value through Navori solutions
  • Generate new accounts and propose and develop new strategic partnerships
  • Develop deep technical understanding and articulate the distinct aspects of the company products to the customers: a holder of a BD role must be able to do software demonstrations to the clients; and effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals;
  • Understand and track software-specific emerging trends, follow competitors’ landscape, analyze the market thus identifying new business opportunities that will lead to increased lead generation and market share;
  • Build cross-departmental trusted relationships and understand operational business processes/challenges linked to our corporate strategic goals;

Profile

  • Hands-on experience in software sales in the digital signage industry in the Indian market; multimedia experience would be considered an asset
  • Experience in Sales at C-levels; ability to develop client-focused and differentiated solutions and lead full sales process by selling those solutions to customers, from smaller to large, complex ones
  • Technology-savvy
  • Proven sales Hunter with a track record of quota success;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and product presentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently with a strong drive for results; winning mindset; motivated to build a pipeline;
