Senior Business Development Manager

At Navori Labs, we don’t just move content to screens; we provide the “brains” behind the world’s most intelligent physical spaces. With 25+ years of innovation and our proprietary QL et Aquaji AI platforms, we are the global standard for Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) and Marketing Analytics.

We are looking for a high-impact Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our next phase of growth.

You will bridge the gap between technical innovation and commercial success, driving revenue through a mix of direct enterprise deals and the cultivation of a robust partner/integrator ecosystem.

This role can be based in Canada or USA

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion & Strategy: Identify and penetrate new vertical markets (Retail, RMN, DOOH, Corporate, etc.) and geographic territories. Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing System Integrators (SIs), distributors, and hardware partners (e.g., Sony, LG, Samsung, Phillips) to scale Navori’s market presence.
  • Enterprise Solution Selling: Lead complex sales cycles for large-scale projects, presenting Navori’s QL software and Aquaji AI analytics as high-ROI business solutions to C-level stakeholders.
  • Consultative Technical Sales: Conduct high-level product demonstrations and coordinate with pre-sales engineering teams to ensure technical alignment with client requirements (SOC2 compliance, API integrations, and green-tech energy efficiency).
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Manage the full sales funnel from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Navori Labs at major global industry events (e.g., ISE, InfoComm) and contribute to thought leadership within the digital signage space.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 7+ years of proven success in Business Development or Enterprise Sales within the SaaS, IoT, or Digital Signage industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the digital signage ecosystem, including CMS software, media players (SoC), and AI-based analytics.
  • Network: An established network of System Integrators, Pro-AV consultants, and enterprise-level end users.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss API architectures, cloud vs. on-premise deployments, and data security (SOC2) comfortably with technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
