QL Player Monitoring
You will always know what is happening across your player network. Who published what and when, each player’s download progress, what’s currently playing at each location, the status of each display (on or off) and our built-in support workflow will tell you if a player has encountered any issues.
Each player’s alert and event report lets users and maintenance teams track each device’s health and activity. QL will also send out automated email alerts to all authorised users if an issue arises.
