Application Support Specialist

As an Application Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in our global expansion efforts and work alongside a dynamic and diverse team of professionals. Main responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support to our European customers and partners, including personalized follow-up, detailed analysis, troubleshooting, and lab-based scenario reproduction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to set up test environments and replicate advanced issues in order to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Conduct engaging demos and training for our customers and prospects, and ensure the Training and Innovation Center (showroom) is always presented in pristine condition.
  • Support pre-sales activities as needed.
  • Represent Navori Labs at trade shows and on-site meetings with clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Solid communication skills and competence in establishing a trustful and professional relationship.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and solve multiple open issues in a timely fashion.
  • Result-driven self-starter with a can-do attitude.
  • Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant experience.

IT/technical-specific skills that will be an asset, but are not mandatory:

  • Ability to interact with and describe the use of APIs.
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows Server, IIS, SNavori Server, and MS Azure.
  • Basic network knowledge (e.g. Domain, LAN, and Proxies).
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and related key concepts (encoding, format, encapsulation).

The listed qualifications, especially those in IT and technical fields, cover a wide range of skills. If you have experience with only some of these, we still encourage you to apply if you are motivated and interested in the role.
